Limbic work is one of the most effective ways of reducing our reactivity. This does not mean that a given substance that is toxic will not remain toxic. But it does mean, that we won't have to pay such a price anymore when an exposure does occur. Limbic work helps us remain calm, resourceful and balanced and reduces inflammatory responses in a situation we would have been thrown off, hurt or otherwise symptomatic.
The Sessions: We meet on Zoom or Google or phone.
After a brief overview of your situation, we can begin right away.
We identify a few of your persistent symptoms: psychologically, physically and emotionally. This helps determine not only the areas of concern, but the story you are telling yourself about your situation. This proves to be very illuminating. Next, using a combination of approaches, we customize a protocol that you can do, two or three times per day, that will make shifts in your condition. You will feel empowered and notice improvement in your symptoms. If you stick with it, not unlike going to the gym or doing Yoga, you will continue to improve.

As a Limbic Coach, I work with clients from all over the country via Zoom. In our sessions:
Identifying sensitivities, self narratives and where they came from
Create custom protocols for both acute and chronic symptoms
Provide follow ups to tweak strategies and track improving symptoms
After a brief explanation of your condition, you can begin learning to desensitize your brain right away. You will feel a sense of hope and empowerment.
Customized Protocol
Because each person has a unique symptom picture, associated traumas, historical narrative, and coping mechanisms, I help you create a protocol that is ideal for your condition, stress levels, and time constrictions.
After two or three sessions you will have the protocol you need to take daily action on your healing. This feels empowering. Stay on top of your changing needs with a few more monthly check ins and really learn to adjust your protocol to your changing situation.
